Looking for relief from the heat?

Pearce Heating & A/C, Inc. can help you.  We’ll give you options for cooling your home that fall within your budget and meet your comfort level.

Depending on your home’s existing system, the answer is as simple as installing an air conditioning unit or a heat pump.

So... what's the difference between Air Conditioners and Heat Pumps?

Central air conditioners deliver cool air through your home's ducts to keep your whole house comfortable.

Heat pumps are central air conditioners that can also heat your home.  Used with a gas furnace, heat pumps add an extra heating option, which allows you to choose to heat with gas or electricity.

What’s SEER?

Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio measures the cooling efficiency of your air conditioner or heat pump.

The higher the SEER number, the more efficient the system is at converting electricity into cooling power, which means you’ll save more money.

Air Conditioners

The best time to install central air conditioning is before you need it.  When the high temperatures arrive, you'll want to be able to enjoy them from the cool comfort inside your home.

Be smart and install our air conditioning unit before you need it-you'll thank us later.

Heat PumpPreferred Central Air Conditioner

Offers both comfort and cost savings

Our Preferred central air conditioner will cut your energy bills while providing whole home comfort.  With a 16.5 SEER rating, it delivers energy efficiency and economical operation.

Special note concerning heat pumps

At this time we are unable to service or install Heat Pumps.

We are a strong believer that the NW climate allows homeowners to invest in a high efficiency furnace and a mid-range air conditioning unit with much lower cost and maintenance expenses in the long run.

Pearce Heating did a wonderful job! They were very cooperative, they understood and accommodated my odd situation.
